The room had a broken air conditioning unit, which made it difficult to relax. Despite bringing this up with the front desk, the issue remained unresolved during my three-day stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to food options and gas stations, as well as being close to the highway. the hotel also offered a new fitness room for guests to enjoy. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kansas City Airport provided a decent stay, but improvements in maintenance and prompt issue resolution are areas that could elevate the experience for guests.
